Responsibilities

1. Perform level 1 and 2 support

2. Making backups

3. Preparation of equipment.

4. Local computer policy settings

5. Installation of specific applications needed by the user

6. Escalation of cases through OTRS

7. Configuration of static IP'S

8. Attend to the specific needs and concerns of employees for the benefit of the normal performance of their duties.

9. Process infrastructure items with delivery or withdrawal orders.
