In this opportunity we seek to add to our team a Specialist Technical Service Assoc.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides in-house repair service at an on-site repair / service or service and support center with no sales or service fee.
  • Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals who answer questions, problems, and issues related to the product.
  • Provide sales staff with technical data required for product demonstration.
  • Acts as a liaison between sales staff and customers on technical matters.
  • You can give technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.

Profile requirements

  • Required Bachelor's Degree (Electronic or Biomedical Engineering) 
  • 2 years of experience required
  • Upper Intermediate English.
