Main Responsibilities

  • Record of correspondence received and delivered.
  • Numbering, shipping and registration of purchase orders.
  • Messaging programming to send documents and material for events inside and outside the city.
  • Keeps records and evaluation of suppliers.
  • Keep in order pages for each employee of the company with their respective documents.
  • Participate in the study and analysis of new procedures and work methods.
  • Keep the legal documents of the company up to date.
  • Provide the necessary inputs for the development of the different activities of the company.
  • Have updated work platforms (cpanel, tenders).
  • Have updated the administrative processes defined for each responsibility (purchase orders, databases, HR folder.

Profile Requirements

  • Man or Woman between 18 and 30 years old, technician, technologist or administrative assistant with or without experience, with basic management of Office.


Business hours
: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Place of work : Office located in the town of Chapinero in Bogotá (Reference point: Unilago Centro Comercial)
