Functions: Make decisions in the works justifying their actions under technical and legal criteria before the director of constructions. Ensure compliance with the requirements, specifications and designs in the work to achieve delivery on time and with excellent quality to the construction company and the client. Organize the project taking into account the quality plan, inspection and test plan, budget, work organization chart and work program. Ensure compliance with the quality management system procedures for the planning, execution and control of projects. Perform constant monitoring of the administrative and operational personnel under their charge during the work. Communicate the specifications, requirements and standards of the work to the administrative and operational staff and suppliers. Organize the work committee, taking into account the weekly work progress reports submitted by residents. Lead the weekly work committee. Review the progress and budget of the work.
