In this opportunity we seek to add to our team a Customer Service Representative III SSC

Main responsibilities

  • Represents the company to external and internal customers, answers product-related questions, tracks lost shipments, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, receives orders or records, and, when necessary, can connect to customers. clients with the appropriate support or field personnel.
  • You can manage web-based orders or registrations, check with management regarding customer credits, return products for credit, identify quality assurance complaints, and write price differentials on mail-order orders.
  • You can approve the allocation of shortages, quotes and special price offers, price discounts, deductions and adjustments.
  • You can manage inventories at customer sites using electronic data interchange (EDI), forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.

Profile requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Contact Center experience is essential.
  • Must speak English fluently
  • Degree of completion
