Lattitude, an architectural design and urban planning company, is looking for an Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience in areas such as: Urban ecology, landscaping and urban sustainability.
To advise on planning, design and care of the environment and outdoor spaces, in both cases within and beyond the built environment - and its conservation and sustainability of development.
Among the tasks to be carried out are:
- Planning, design and monitoring of both functional and aesthetic developments of the built environment in urban, suburban and rural areas, including open, private and public spaces, parks, gardens, road landscapes, squares, housing developments, tourist, commercial and industrial complexes .
- Inspection of sites, analyzing factors such as climate, flora, fauna, surface and groundwater and drainage; work as a team and make recommendations on working methods and sequences of operation for projects related to landscape and the built environment.
- Monitor the realization and supervise the construction of proposals, to ensure compliance with the plans, visualization of the concepts, specifications, estimates of quantities and budgets
