• Non-productive Inventory Returns (defective inventory, excess, no rotation)
• Virtual merchandise returns to manage credit notes due to missing shipments
• Supply planning, purchasing and monitoring
• Publication of Reports
• Support for peers by entering manual purchase orders into the system and monitoring their supply
• Follow up on order supply
• Support tasks required as needed
